The Healing and Wellness Coalition was formed in 2002 because of the growing concerns in the community about substance abuse, diabetes and depression, loss of cultural identity and other issues. The Coalition is an unincorporated non-profit association which does not have tax exempt status. We do have an Employer Identification Number. We have an elected Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. The Coalition has no paid staff; all members donate their time and talents. Our fiscal agent is Turn It Around Ministries, Inc.
